At this stage, the measuring complex was substantially upgraded. The preprocessing data for polarization parameters of the Schumann resonator signals are given, the intensity of global thunderstorm activity centers is estimated. The characteristics and results of measurements of atmospheric parameters which are obtained with the new modern meteorological station installed at the LFO are presented. Using a two-frequency GNSS receiver mounted at the LFO, the variations of total electron content of ionosphere are reproduced. The solar radiation activity and magnetic disturbances for the current year are analyzed. Local K-indices of magnetic activity which have been continuously evaluated at the LFO are compared with the planetary Kp-indices. An essential increase in magnetospheric activity is observed as compared with the previous annual interval that can be the consequence of approaching to the next 11-year solar cycle maximum. The annual data array on the LFO-measured electromagnetic environmental characteristics for the ULF, ELF, HF and microwave bands has been accumulated and organized.
