The aim of work: working out of methods of operated formation at atomic and molecular levels nanoparticles and nanosystems with established structure and properties on the basis of research of physical laws and formation mechanisms of nanostructures. Research methods: scanning probe. Equipment: scanning tunnel and atomic-force microscopes. The technology of reception of the self-ordered films of aromatic compounds (stuffs, triphenylenes, cyanobiphenyles), fullerene films by deposition from solutions is developed. Physical bases of control of their structure at molecular level by means of methods scanning tunnel (STM) and atomic-force microscopies (АFM) are developed. By means of STM two-dimensional systems with operated surface properties (operated switching of molecules in the ordered ensemble of ethylized diarelethenes) are investigated. STM-researches of the mechanism of transport of a charge in the ordered ensembles on the basis of long-chain organic compounds and their derivatives are spent. The local current-voltage characteristics of long-chain aliphatic molecules and silanes are received. Novelty consists in creation of new classes of interfaces with new properties. A field of application: molecular electronics, micro- and a nanoelectronics.
