Such numeration of vertexes of graphs is first offered, that results in new presentation of graphs as the special mathematical object under the name a numerical graph. A mathematical model is created for a combinatorics construction on the plane of picture of graph and a computational algorithm is worked out on its basis. For arbitrary numerical graphs the polimomial algorithm of determination of chromatic number is worked out. The methods of parallel realization of algorithms are considered on graphs on the example of task of search of shortest ways between all pairs of points of setting and task of selection of minimum wrap-round tree (frame of graph). The offered algorithms can be used for creation of CASS of planning of large-scale arrays, systems of synthesis of machine-building details, in control system different breanchs in an economics, in CASS of bank account.
