The considerable attention is given to working out of ways of introduction of alloying additives and an establishment of optimum modes of thermochemical decomposition of nitrates of transitive metals on electrophysical and corrosion properties of generated nanogeterostructural films. It is established, that electrophysical and corrosion properties of films are defined by the nature of additive and degree disorder structures of generated oxides.
