Object of research - tumour cell lines hepatotsellyulyarnoyi carcinoma (HepG2) and ultra nanostructured diamonds. Purpose - carbon nanomaterials (diamond-like carbon), as the adhesive matrix to grow cells from the transformed phenotype and study the characteristics of cell morphogenesis in a modification of nanostructures. Research methods - methods of cell culture, cyto-morphological, MTT-test, imunocytochemical colour, spectral studies of apoptosis - Romanovsk' spectrometry. As a result, the study found that UDD "Bijsk" is more cytotoxic than "Sinta". Especially, this effect is in relation to adhesive fraction of cells MCF-7. In addition UDD "Bijsk" cause more damage genetic matherial of cells. UDD "Sinta" has a cytostatic effect on the suspension fraction and proproliferative on the adhesive, at a concentration of 20-80 micrograms / ml. Also, "Sinta" at least damage the DNA of cells than "Bijsk." Since UDD "Sinta" does not affect the expression of the differential (cytokeratine) and cancer (epidermal growth factor receptor, estrogen receptor) markers, but only slightly reduces the expression of E-cadherin it is more promising as artificial intercellular matrix.
