Been investigated the mechanisms of activation and agglomeration of industrial reagents under the conditions of synthesis of multicomponent oxide powder nanodispersed systems. Spent the main technological regimes to produce ceramic materials MgAl2О4, Cu0.1Ni0.1Co1.6Mn1.2O4, Cu0.1Ni0.8Co0.2Mn1.9O4, Zn0.1Co0.32Li0.5Ni0.5Mn1.58O4 and pastes based on them. Films of multilayers nanostructured were obtained by methods of screen printing and pulsed laser deposition, investigated their electrical properties.
