Gorky national medical university, Donetsk popup.description2 Work is based on results of clinical observation over 1699 patients, which were on treatment in ENTs-units of Donetsks hospitals. From them patients with sensoneural hearing loss was 95, with an otitis media with effusion -920, inflammatory diseases of a nose and paranasal sinuses - 383, an allergic rhinitis - 186. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE. Rising of efficiency of treatment of patients from an ENT a pathology by stage-by-stage improvement of methods of medical aid and formation of complex system of rehabilitation. THE RECEIVED RESULTS. On the basis of the spent researches it is established, that use of eliminative therapy allows to lower risk of occurrence of complications at an acute rhinitis. From 16,2 % to 2,7 %, in 60 % prevents development of a purulent sinusitis. Method use тtympanoshunting with mucolytic therapy allows to reduce to 35-35 % terms of treatment of patients with otitis media with effusion. NOVELTY. For the first time the action estimation nasal corticosteroids and eliminative therapy on a nose mucosa by wedge dehidratation method is made. EFFICIENCY. Use of the given techniques allows will raise efficiency treatments of the given pathology on the average on 25-30 % in comparison with traditional techniques.
