Object: patients with metastatical affections of limbs long bones. Objective: to improve the treatment results for patients with metastatical affections of limbs long bones via the usage of perfection of existent methods and new diagnostic algorithms and new surgery methods development . Results: immediate and long-term results of complex cure have been analysed and new medical programmes for metastatical affections of limbs long bones have been scientifically based. The implementations from previous phase of examination have been introduced in clinics; the breaks and complications of surgical treatment have been analyzed and new preventive methods have been defined for patients with metastatical affections of limbs long bones.
