On a multivariable analysis results the real level of social competence of patients is certain in the conditions of traditional forms of psychiatric help providing, the factors of desocialized influence of hospital and extrahospital environment are studied, clinical-pathological and social markers and patterns of personality dysfunctional states forming and patients social insufficiency are described taking into account gender-age-related distinctions. The algorithm of rehabilitation interference on the different stages of medical-social rehabilitation, the criteria of integrative estimation of medical-social rehabilitation models of patients with schizophrenia efficiency is first worked out. The use of the offered system of medical-social rehabilitation allowed in 3 times to increase duration of remissions and improve their quality, to reduce the terms of stay of patients in general psychiatric department on 15 days, to bring down probability of relapses of disease in 2 times.
