It was not less adequate than standard methods of anesthesia in patients of different nosological groups. With complex of intensive therapy and anesthesiological protection of organism there quantity of narcotics using in medical centers was reduced. At the expense of created method of "narcoticfree anesthesia", it was possible to reduce the quantity of interoperate and postoperative complications from using narcotics.
