METHODS: Clinical, statistical, beam, computer-tomographic, statistical, mathematical modeling and forecasting. RESULTS: Through the established program coding and preliminary analysis of collected data "Medic-CCT" included in the database 6750 observations of abused children under the age of 15 years with a brain injury. The collected database allowed to trace the development of cerebral injury in 10 years, identify the features of traumatic lesions of the brain depending on age and sex of victims, to establish the dependence of CCT of the year month and day of the week. The obtained data of traumatic brain injury identified the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among children in Donetsk and made the possibility of predicting this type of injury for the future. Novelty: advanced specialized program of statistical collection and initial processing of the material "Medic-CCT" that allowed a large database of affected children with brain injury, first received real data of cranial injuries in Donetsk for a long time ( 10 years); accumulated material allowed with advanced mathematical technologies to create a mathematical model of CCT, on the basis of which held prediction of traumatic brain injuries among children in the year ahead.
