Object of research:: history 1664 victims with associated brain injury, who provided medical care in DOKTMO for the period 1996 to 2010. METHODS: Clinical, statistical, beam, computer-tomographic, statistical, mathematical modeling and forecasting. RESULTS: Through the established program coding and preliminary analysis of collected data "Medic-CCT" entered into a database of 3698 observations suffered a brain injury. The collected database allowed us to perform analysis of relief combined with CCT depending on the location and severity of cases. Novelty: first analysis of the effectiveness of specialized medical care to the victims of the combined CCT depending on the location and nature of injuries received; set dependence of final results in differential treatment of different groups affected; conclusions on the need for more careful attitude to the affected health facilities combined with CCT. SCOPE: educational process in the departments of neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics, clinical departments, which provide assistance to victims of brain injury.
