METHODS: Clinical, statistical, beam, computer-tomographic, statistical, mathematical modeling and forecasting. RESULTS: Through the established program coding and preliminary analysis of collected data "Medic-CCT" included in the database 2267 observations affected with intracranial hematomas. The collected database allowed to use mathematical tools predicting outcomes using neyrosetovyh technologies. These data allow the pain of evidence to justify the need for surgery or for medical therapy. Novelty: first developed specialized software collection and statistical processing of the primary material "Medic-CCT" that allowed a large database of victims of intracranial hematomas, first obtained conclusive data outcome of surgical treatment of brain hematomas by neyrosetovyh technologies.
