Objective: to improved of diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis dermatovenerology diseases (chronic eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, chronic pyoderma, candidiasis, tinea pedis, alopecia areata, shingles) by force of complex treatment methods (via the usage of methabolic therapy includes natural origin medicine and non-traditional techniques - reflexotherapy, hyperbaric oxygenation) in the ground of functional status of neuroimmunoendocrinic system and metal-ligand homeostasis analysis (elucidation of features for inflammatory process , allergy and organism adaptation analysis for the dermatoses indicated above. Methods: clinical (complaints collection, anamnestic and objective data analysis, diagnosis definition); common laboratory research: blood and urine bulk analysis, coprogramme, primary biochemical and serologic tests; instrumental: rheoencephalography and electroencephalography; special: biochemicalassay, radioimmunoassay, enzymoimmunoassay for level test of inflammation-allergy transmitter, bioelements, molecular systems of intercellular relationship, indices of immunogramme, lipoperoxidation's and antiradical systems in blood; statistical: certainty value, correlation analysis. Results: decrease of course of medical treatment for the dermatoses indicated above, reduction of frequency and exacerbation of relapse and its complications. Novelty: for the first time specific actions of sensitization development have been found out in patients with dermatomycosis and pyodermia. The role of inflammatory mediators, neuropeptides, bioelements, molecular systems of intercellular relationship has been determined for inflammatory-and-reparative process for the dermatoses indicated above. The complex treatment and preventive methods of dermatovenerology diseases have been worked out and patented in Ukraine.
