The work purpose: research of influence of processes, taking place on the Sun, on the ionospheric processes in the middle and high latitudes. Research method: unique incoherent scatter method. The novelty: the results of the comparative analysis of the experimental data obtained in the middle and high latitudes by incoherent scatter method. Results of researches: the analysis of daily variations of electron concentration in the maximum of the F2- layer, the height of the F2- layer, ion and electron temperatures in the middle and high latitudes in the quiet period and during strong geomagnetic storm are performed. Sphere of the use: the results of researches can be used for solving applied tasks of radio wave propagation.
