The methodology of constructing a rational cost-resource finite element mesh of closed technological system of the machine 6R13F3 has beed presented. An experimental methodology for determining the dynamic compliance of a closed process system and its individual components has been also developed. Exploratory computational studies of the end milling has been conducted. Efficiency of the model and the possibility of determining the effect of gaps in the joints, stiffness of ball screw and bars on the cutting process, cutting forces and stresses in the tool have been proved.
