Technological modes of reception nanoscaled metal powders and powders of carbides Ti, Zr, Mo і W were developed. Nanosized particles fixation on aluminum powders and nano-microgranules obtain technological parameters were defined. Interaction between components of nano-microgranules was investigated. The technological features of alloying species with nanoscaled particles entry into aluminum alloys were stated . Nanoscaled powders of Ti, Zr, Mo, W their oxides, and carbides were produced by electrospark dispergation and electrical explosion methods, and optimal magnitudes of production process-dependent parameters were established.
