In patients with pregestational diabetes the lowest perinatal mortality was in IPOG, suggesting an important role for the positive end of pregnancy professional experience. Unacceptably high level of perinatal losses in women with gestational diabetes was due to the late diagnosis of disease and providing inadequate care. In pregnant women with hypertension perinatal losses were often determined by development of combined preeclampsia and caused by the lack of its prevention. In order to improve medical care to these patients developed a fundamentally new approach to determining an individual's risk of preeclampsia and fetus' disorders. In pregnant women with hypertension based on the detection of pregnancy disorders of the central hemodynamic developed their correction by certain medications. For a broad introduction to public health practice developed by medical measures proposed two-stage system for treating pregnant with hypertension, including the antenatal clinic at the place of residence and a specialized centres for health care facilities II-III level or IPOG; defined objectives of each of stages. High efficiency of the developed methods of observation and treatment of pregnant women with hypertension has been shown. Proposals have been submitted to the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine. For the first time the frequency of gestational diabetes in a population of Ukrainian women was established. A new, more simple and effective recommendations for diagnosis of gestational diabetes in pregnant women were created and approved by the Protocol number 417 of the Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine from the 15.07.2011.
