The features of lipid metabolism and amino acid composition of serum in children during critical periods of development. The interrelation between these species and the exchange of the functional state of the children humah during critical periods of development. Substantiated and introduced a set of measures for early prevention and correction of vitamin D-dependent metabolism to increase adaptive capacity and the child's body to improve children's health, and assess its effectiveness. Relevance and scientific novelty of the study consists of a comprehensive study of the availability of vitamin D the body of the child, the calcium-phosphorus metabolism, amino acid, lipid metabolism in children during critical periods of development, as well as in determining the relationship between these kinds of exchanges and functional condition of the body.
