The aim of research was to improve the diagnostics and the treatment of foetus distress during pregnancy and deliveries in healthy women and women with obstetrical pathology. Clinico-static and mathematical methods of research were used in this work. Distress of foetus is developed, as a rule, in women with hard obstetrical and perinatal pathology and in high rate operative interventions in deliveries, especially in urgent ahead of time delivery. The present methods of research of the foetus state must be used for diagnostics of foetus distress, but chiefly must be used its prophylaxis in the appearance of the first symptoms of some kind of complication of pregnancy or the risk of his origin. It was proved that present clinical protocol of conducting of pregnants and deliveries with distress of foetus are imperfect, recommended in protocol methods of research of foetus distress ( CTG, doplerometria, biophysical profile of foetus) do not reflect initial stage of forming placentate insufficiency (on the level of hormonal and biochemical disturbances) and state of private adaptive-acommodative reactions of foetus that is why it is necessary to carry in complex with other methods of research. Disturbances in the state of complex mother-placenta-foetus are revealed very late that do not permit to warn the development of foetus distress,treatment as a rule, is symptomatic. It is not sufficiently apply dispensary form of treatment and hospital at home. Inopportune and not sufficient diagnostics bring to hard consequences. In one third of cases the treatment of distress did not conduct and it was necessary to perform the delivery by means of urgent caesarean operation. On the basis of carried examinations were worted the recommendations according to the tactics of conducting of expectant mothers and expediency of pregravidarnal preparation that will give possibility chance of early diagnostics and prophylaxis of primary platsentarnal insufficiency and distress of foetus. Inroduction of proposed scheme of examination and prophylaxis will have wide inculcation in the institutions of public health and supplements with clinical protocols of management pregnants of group with high risk of development of obstetrical pathology that allows to reduce frequency of perinatal losses.
