Manufactured and tested CdZnTe detectors for the full spectrum, emergency units and spectrometric detection. The research CdZnTe detectors under the influence of electron and gamma radiation. It is shown that dosimetric characteristics of detectors - counting rate does not change and remains high (~ 600 imp. / S) throughout the investigated range of absorbed dose of gamma radiation from 1 to 7 mrad. It allows to predict the stability of the detectors within the radiation safety systems at nuclear power plants. Manufactured and tested electronic blocks: detecting unit based on CdZnTe sensor, preamplifier with low noise, power generator and measuring unit, which includes a source of secondary power circuit pulse counting and interface data for computers. These blocks are the building blocks of manufactured and tested prototype device detecting -radiation that is designed for dosimetry of gamma rays in the energy range from 40 keV to 3000 keV. Studied response detecting unit (rate counting in pulsed mode and the value of the collected charge in the current mode). The method of mathematical modeling adjusted dose dependence of radiation energy -rays (the so-called "motion with stiffness"). Principles used to develop dosimeters, which eliminates measurement errors. Designed, manufactured and tested layout block detection of CdZnTe detector based spectrometric ADC designed for dosimetry of gamma radiation in the energy range from 40 keV to 3000 keV. To design such a dosimeter consists of multi-pulse analyzer, which includes ADC, single-chip computer to the device display spectrometric and path for receiving the signal detector. On the basis of the studies were calculated sensitivity of the registration of gamma quanta in the whole investigated energy range. It is shown that calibration of the dosimeter enough three sources -radiation (57Co, 137Cs, 60Co). Completed repair work in rooms where are placed pilot production.
