A research needed to develop technology of detecting units based compound semiconductor CdZnTe control systems for gamma radiation. With the use of mathematical modeling method is developed for determining the parameters of charge transport in CdZnTe detectors based on their dosimetric characteristics and investigated the impact of noise on the sensitivity of CdZnTe detectors operating in pulse mode, and set the permissible level of equivalent noise charge (ENC) in dosimetry devices. A comparative analysis of existing databases Geiger-Muller used at NPP and regulations of Ukraine, which define the requirements for the database to be used at nuclear power plants. Developed design layouts detecting units of exposure dose rate (EDR) of gamma radiation: full spectrum - working in the Accounting (pulsed) mode; "emergency" - for measuring large doses employed in the Current (analog) mode. Database designed to measure the dose rate of gamma radiation on the premises and in the industrial nuclear power plant as a part ASKRB and individually using standard electron-physical apparatus. Developed database based on CdZnTe will meet modern requirements for radiation monitoring devices for nuclear power plants. Designed and manufactured experimental batches dosimetric and spectrometric detection blocks based on CdZnTe detector with preamplifier. The tests and state metrological certification of NSC "Institute of metrology". Designed, manufactured and tested layout block detection of CdZnTe detector based spectrometric ADC designed for dosimetry of gamma radiation in the energy range from 40 keV to 3000 keV. To design such a dosimeter consists of multi-pulse analyzer, which includes ADC, single-chip computer to the device display spectrometric and path for receiving the signal detector. On the basis of the studies were calculated sensitivity of the registration of gamma quanta in the whole investigated energy range. It is shown that calibration of the dosimeter enough three sources -radiation (57Co, 137Cs, 60Co). To organize research areas for the production of CdZnTe detecting units carried out a partial re-building and acquisition of equipment. Lack of funding is not allowed to work on a pilot-industrial production of devices for dosimetry and monitoring of the territory of nuclear power plants in full.
