It was established, that furnace construction should not contain ceramic elements, capable to have direct contact with hot flux evaporation, as this leads to melt impurity. It was determined that at the growth of plumbum fluoride crystals by skull method it is very important to create correspondent regenerating gas atmosphere inside the growth camera, enabling to eliminate presence of oxygen-containing compounds.
