Single crystals of these compounds with dimensions, providing production of scintillation detectors and energy resolution, better than by the known foreign analogs, were obtained for the first time. Maximal value of light output was achieved for the material, containing 0,01 mol.% of the activator - nearly 9600 photons/MeV at energy resolution of 6,7 %.
