Purpose of work: to Develop methods and facilities of estimation and prognostication on the basis of Neyro network energy consumption of microprocessors at implementation of instructions of command level (on the example of processor of ARM7TDMI, which is widely used in the embedded systems). Research methods are based on the methods of analysis of the systems, information of planning of experiment theory, and also analysis and synthesis of electric circles, компьютерного design with the use of experimental base of measurings and bases of artificial intelligence. As a result of implementation of the first stage : on principles of the executed theoretical generalization new approach (protected a patent) is developed in relation to the decision of scientific task of development of model, method and facilities of measuring of instantaneous current of consumption of microprocessor at implementation of instructions. On the basis of the measured values of current of consumption of microprocessor an informative base is formed. Statistical and mathematical treatment of results of experimental research is executed.
