In course of implementation of 2nd stage of "Development of methods for evaluation of market potential of nanotechnologies/nanomaterials and creation/support of Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials business portal" there were created: English version of Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials business portal (http://www.nas.gov.ua/programs/nano2b/Pages/default.aspx), that is aimed at commercialization (search of investors, licensing, attraction of funds for making experimental models from laboratory ones etc) of knowledge-based that will be created within Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials Program. For the first time at this portal that is placed at website of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (nas.gov.ua) there is offered a service for production sphere and business - it became possible to place requests for solving of technological problems or creation of knowledge-based products; there was started the process of filling of Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials business portal with information in Ukrainian and English about developments created within implementation of Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials State target scientific and technical program; there was proposed a methodology of evaluation of market potential of nanotechnologies/nanomaterials created within implementation of Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials State target scientific and technical program and this methodology was tested on some developments; electronic model of Technology transfer internet office (https://intranet.nas.gov.ua/programs/TechXFer/default.aspx) that combines activities of technology transfer specialists from 4 institutes working under the project: Institute of Physics of NAS of Ukraine, Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science, Lashkarev Institute of Semiconductor Physics of NAS of Ukraine, Palladin Institute of Biochemistry of NAS of Ukraine for marketing, patent and licensing activities, technology transfer and efficient analysis of scientific and technical developments, created for the funds of Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials program. On further stages of the project implementation it is planned to involve specialists from other institutes of NAS of Ukraine; As a result of implementation of the 2nd stage of the project in 2011 there was obtained a patent №62271 entitled "Method of creation of electronic centre of technology transfer virtual office (virtual offices)" from 25.08.2011 and filed an application №u201110092 from 15.08.2011 "Method of management and support of creation of intellectual property objects", prepared 3 scientific articles and also results of implementation of the project were announced at 3 international conferences.
