The purpose of research is to build hardware and software tools for sensitizing intellectual system, experimental tests of the developed solutions. Used methods: theoretical analysis and experimental synthesis. Sensitive elements of a polymetric system and elements of measuring channels (the scheme for generation and reception of short pulses, the system of stroboscopic transformation on two generators with similar frequency) have been designed. The calculation method of the oscillators frequencies for the stroboscopic converter have been developed. Hardware and software solutions for functioning of the polymetric sensors, interfaces and communication channels were developed and selected for the system. Experimental unit for test of the polymetric sensors and research of the polymetric signals depending on the properties of the controlled media was designed. An experimental model of the control and processing of acoustic signals strain gauge channels was developed. The scientific novelty of this research is to develop theoretical foundations, methods and tools of polymetric measurements of characteristics of the vessels cargo (in terms of their production, transportation, storage and distribution) to improve perfomance and enable new features for on-board systems of operative control and management of technological processes. The practical importance of this research is as follows: using of developed methods and devices for building of polymetric systems of operative parameters and control the effectiveness and safety of vessels, and other industrial objects including oil and gas objects, chemical industry objects, food industry objects, etc.; implementation of the polymetric systems to automate the measurement processes, extension of the functionality of the operational control of the media and reduce the measurement time. Basic structural, electronic and software elements have been laboratory tested and partially embedded in the learning process and the Department of Marine Instrumentation Center of the Institute of Cybernetics of the newest naval ship engineering (NNSE) NUOS. The results of the development were implemented in design of the docking operation control systems; the solutions were implemented in polymetric systems for port terminals and the production process of polymetric systems.
