Purpose of work - improvement of the quality of pilot's training due to adoption of professional skills system via computer training simulators. Research method - statistical analysis of quality of pilot's training that based on using computer functional simulators with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 software. The analysis of flight incidents shows that the biggest part crashes happened due to crew mistakes. There are about 80% air crashes. Main reasons of flight incidents are inexperience of the crew on the different stages of the flight and complication in making decisions and their realization. To diminish the role of human factor in aviation incidents, we suggest improving the professional readiness of pilot via bringing computer functional simulators training system into the education process. During scientific research work was developed: - Conception of computer simulators center and the place of it in an educational process; - List of pilot professional abilities in order to receive the private pilot license (PPL); - List of pilot professional abilities in order to receive the commercial pilot license (CPL); - Experimental tutor educational program for computer training simulators; to research professional abilities and skills of pilots (CPL). The results of scientific research work are adopted for the educational process of pilots in State Flight Academy of Ukraine (SFAU). Development proposal for scientific research work - bringing computer functional simulators into the education process of pilots in SFAU, and adoption this simulator system for retraining and for improving pilots skills.
