The aim is to study alkoholysis of N-chloro-N-alkoxyureas and N-chloro-N-alkoxycarbamates by tret-alcohols and establishment of possibility of nucleophilic substitution at nitrogen atom, development of new methods of synthesis of hindered bulky N,N-dialkoxycarbamates and N,N-dialkoxyureas. Conclusions and novelty. Possibility of nucleophilic substitution is first set at the nitrogen in N-chloro-N-alkoxyureas and N-chloro-N-alkoxycarbamates under the action of tret-butanol, the methods of synthesis of hindered bulky N,N-dialkoxycarbamates, N,N-dialkoxyureas are developed. The structure of N-metoxy-N-tret-butilurea is set by X-ray data. Application of the results. Synthesis of new hindered bulky N,N-dialkoxycarbamates and N,N-dialkoxyureas potential chemical mutagens direct action. The developed synthetic methods and tools can be used in the synthesis of complex natural compounds and their analogues.
