The target of the research is to identify biomarkers of the state of natural and anthropogenic ecosystems, sustainability of introduced plants and develop measures of protection, recovery and rational use of phytodiversity in anthropogenic transformed environment of the steppe Ukraine. The acting classification of ecosystems of the South East of Ukraine has been developed. Flora complexes of nano-levels of forest and steppe ecosystems have been studied and their cores have been singled out, those being species-indicators of recreation stages and pasture digression. It has been studied what is the state of cenopopulation of steppe dense-turfing edificators and identified what population indicators are biomarkers of the stage of digression, reduction and reserve-genic succession of forbs-fescue-stipa steppe. The cenopopulations of Gypsophila paulii and G. perfoliata in anthropogenic ecotopes have been studied and morphological characters of plants (the number of monomers on a sprout, the thickness of the medium monomer, leaf oblongness, flower length) have been singled out, which can be markers of anthropogenic contamination of environment. It has been stated that adaptation of the species of the genus of Hemerocallis to the arid conditions of the steppe zone of Ukraine consists in differentiation of mesophile, increase of assimilative parenchyma layers, appearance of stomas on the upper surface of the leaf, reduction of the number of stomas on the lower surface, when all the other sizes grow. On the basis of the introductory tests of the three species of the genus of Ornithogalum it has been stated that such characters as autumn after-growth and capability of shortening pregenerative period in ontogenesis can be markers of forecasting successful introduction of bulbous geophytes in the steppe zone of Ukraine. The phenotypical markers of successful introduction of Salvia officinalis under arid steppe conditions have been identified: wide-lanceolate or lanceolate form of the leaf of generative sprouts, presence of lower accrete anthers. The selection forms, sustainable to the natural-climate conditions of the steppe zone of Ukraine have been singled out: four forms of Chrysanthemum x hortorum, three forms of Сhaenomelis japonica, three forms of Cornus mas, two forms of fodder herbs: Festuca gigantea and Bromopsis inermis, as well as one form of medicinal herbs: Silybum marianum. The two candidates for fodder kinds (Festuca gigantea 'Velychava' і Bromopsis inermis 'Skhidnyi'), one kind of medicinal herbs (Silybum marianum 'Zlatoustivs’ka'), two ornamental-floral (Chrysanthemum x hortorum Bailey. 'Liza' and 'Galateya' are now under the state kind testing. Product Description popup.authors Ібатуліна Ю.В. Глухов О.З. Горлачова З.С. Довбиш Н.Ф. Кохан Т.П. Крохмаль І.І. Кустова О.К. Мiтiна Л.В.
