Increase of manufacturing pressure (from103 kPа up to 2 GPa) at relatively high temperature (in the range of 1050 оС) leads to increase of pinning force and improvement of material's superconducting characteristics. Investigation of superconducting properties of samples with different Mg:B ratio showed that samples with matrix phase stoichiometry close to MgB12 demonstrated the highest critical current density.
