The main purpose of research is the use of special alloying, intensive methods to influence the cluster structure of the complex thermo-time treatment, magnetic and vibration treatment of alloys in the liquid state and on structure formation during solidification of alloys. Determined the role of heterogeneous structure consisting of hard (carbide eutectic) and soft (? - phase based on Cu) components in the management of the formation of the tribological characteristics of alloys of the Fe-Cr-C system. The mechanism of formation precipitates of copper containing ? - phase is proposed, which is a prerequisite for separation of liquid metal with the formation of carbon-depleted regions, as well as isomorphic crystal lattices of the leading phase during crystallization and the ? - phase. The characteristics of the structure of the surface layers of the experimental alloys Fe-Cr-Cu-C after laser treatment and the effect of laser treatment on the tribological characteristics of the alloys under conditions of boundary friction. It is established that above a critical value of plastic deformation ultradispersive structure in some areas is transformed into a qualitatively new state kristalloamorfnoe nanostructure.
