Purpose of work - development of recommendations on the use of these composite materials for protecting from EMR. Have made an information search of domestic and foreign scientific literature and conducted experimental research enabled develop recommendations for the production and use of KM. The use of these recommendations can promote efficiency of protecting from AMY. The value of production of the offered KM can be considerably below than production of existent standards. The novelty of work consists of that the worked out compos provide defence in more wide range of waves (0,4 - 200 cm) and have a higher coefficient of redemption by comparison to the known standards. The offered KM can be used for more effective protecting from AMR in an engineer, construction of buildings, in the way of life.
