The conclusions (ВПП) and the drafts of technical certificates (TC) on the fitness of new products to use and the national product standards have been considered. Requirements to TC and to standards such as procedural specifications (РТУ) provide their use in legislatively regulated sphere of conformity assessment in accordance with the Technical Regulations on construction products, buildings and works (Technical Regulations). Purpose - definition of the provisions of the Technical Regulations and creation of convenient normative documents (НД), to standardize the framework and content of РТУ, including the provisions (sections) on the conformity assessment. Conclusion to the object of research - the national standards ДСТУ-Н, the structure and content of which have come from the European documents as prototypes, have drafted. It will adapt НД to ЕС legislation in the field of Ukrainian analogues. Results of НИР were implemented in the national standards ДСТУ-Н, which were approved and recommended to the acceptance by the НТС Presidium of Minregion of Ukraine (decisions No.No. 96, 97 of 29.12.2011), and were provided in Changes No. 1 to ДСТУ Б В.2.3-12-2004 "Transport works.
