The aim of research is to theoretically ground and check conditions which will facilitate the cadets' linguistic-socio-cultural formation. The method of research is theoretical: science literature analysis by the theme of research; concepts, theories and methods analysis for finding the ways of researching problem solution; pedagogical processes and phenomena simulation and classification for prognostication of the dynamic of its changes for methodology of cadets' linguistic-socio-cultural formation on English lessons developing; theoretical and methodological positions and experimental data of research generalization and correction for scientific explanation of pedagogical condition of linguistic-socio-cultural formation. The results of the research are: the scientific literature analysis by the theme of the research was made; according the scientific literature analysis the essence, content and structure of the cadets' linguistic-socio-cultural formation during studying process was found out; content and methodology of future law enforcement officers' linguistic-socio-cultural formation; methodological recommendations for cadets' linguistic-socio-cultural formation were created.
