Analytically and experimentally investigated the influence of major, mikrolehuyuchyh and extrinsic components of technological processing parameters in the liquid and solid state, melt mixing process parameters, the conditions of crystallization of the features of the formation of phase composition, structure and properties of multicomponent casting alloys Al-Mg. Based on the data developed scientific principles of phase composition, structure, mechanical and technological properties of the studied alloys. Mathematical models depending on the level of mechanical properties of the investigated alloys of the main content, mikrolehuyuchyh and extrinsic components. Developed means of neutralizing the influence of impurities on the level of mechanical properties of alloys. Optimized temperature-time parameters of processing alloys in liquid and solid state according to their chemical composition. Research results have allowed to develop integrated processing technology based industrial alloys of Al-Mg. Possible users: enterprises of metallurgical, machinery, transport industries that manufacture cast metal.
