Objective: To study the morphofunctional features of spermatogenesis in men with disorders of reproductive function, including those who have suffered effects of ionizing radiation by the Chornobyl accident, or their descendants. Research methods - clinical, cytological, statistical. Studied three groups of men who approached the clinic about infertility in marriage: 1st group - men from contaminated areas, the second group - men who smoke over 10 cigarettes a day and living in unpolluted areas, and group 3 ( control) - men with unpolluted areas, non-smokers. The study showed that in the 3rd group only 40 % of men had normal spermatogenesis morphofunctional indices. Others had a variety of disorders. The most common were lower sperm motility below normative values. Comparison of data spermogram 1st and 3rd groups of men showed significant increase in the volume of ejaculate in male group 1, other parameters did not differ. In the group of smokers (second group) the number of men with normal values of spermogram was significantly lower, and diagnosed with olihoastenozoospermiya - significantly higher compared with controls.
