The method of in-services steel degradation at the climatic temperature conditions is proposed on this base, which consists in a prolonged (up to 30 days) specimen holding under static loading closer to exploited of preliminary hydrogenated and its covered by copper for a preservation from a hydrogen desorption and joints the different mechanisms of degradation: deformation hardening, deformation aging and a development of dissipated damaging. It is proposed the thermal treatment of long exploited fixing armature of power plant high pressure cylinder for its renewal of the steel properties of brittle fracture and lifetime extension.
