The aims of the project are investigation of the influence of the hydrogen treatment by using conventional and solid hydrogenation disproportionation, desorption, recombination into ferromagnetic phase morphology, grain size and texture parameter. Differential thermal (DTA), X-ray phase, electron metallographic analyses methods are used. Formation mechanism of the anisotropic, high dispersive microstructure in ferromagnetic in Nd2Fe14B and Nd16Fe76B8 alloys was shown by using low pressure HDDR process. Anisotropic powders obtaining can be realized by partial sample disproportionation. It was shown that anisotropic powders of the Nd2Fe14B and Nd16Fe76B8 alloys can be obtained after HDDR treatment at 0.05 MPa. It was found that microstructure of the Nd2Fe14B alloy after HDDR treatment with layer thickness 50-100, 80-150 and 120-200 nm in different regions. After HDDR treatment of the Nd16Fe76B8 alloy several regions with different structure were observed. Circular like grains have a diameter 180-230 and 270-400 nm; thickness of the plate are 120-150 nm; fiber diameter are 300-400 nm. Application of the low hydrogen pressure and treatment parameters during HDDR process taken from discussed mechanism of the anisotropic structure formation allow to achieve higher dispersive microstructure compare to traditional HDDR methods.
