Disorders of carbohydrate (hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, glucose intolerance), lipids (hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypoalphacholesterolemia) metabolism and adipokines activity (elevated plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-6, leptin, reduced - interleukin-10, adiponectin) in patients with arterial hypertension associated with obesity as diagnostic criteria of cardiometabolic disorders in patients with systemic dermatosis were detected. It was found that traditional treatment scheme of isolated and associated with hypertension psoriasis result in insignificant normalization of oxidant-antioxidant and neurohumoral systems parameters, whereas combined scheme with using corvitin and pentoxifilin medications lead to significant their normalization to normal means.
