The aim was to establish fundamental laws between the degree of acylation of the protein and biological activity of acylated interleukins and interferons. The objective of the study was molecular modeling using neural networks and nonlinear systems of logic for the selection of the optimum degree of modification of the protein structure of lymphokines with maximum biological activity, synthesis and succinylated derivatives maleilated interleukin-2, obtaining clathrate complexes between proteins and maleinyl-polyaethylnoxyde by combinatorial synthesis of the mixed acylation. The study was conducted with the use of immunological, serological, bio and statistical methods. In the study was modeled acylated 7 variants of interleukin-2, the calculations of chemical reaction modification: succinylation and maleylation of interleukin-2. In the study was modeled 8 different succinylated interferon-gamma derivatives. Investigated the biological activity of newly synthesized compounds. It was further carried out molecular modeling using neural networks and nonlinear systems of logic for the selection of the optimum degree of modification of the protein structure of gamma interferon with maximum biological activity, synthesis of derivatives succinylated interferon-gamma. Confirmed the change in mobility of the synthesized compounds using capillary gel electrophoresis. Investigated the biological activity of newly synthesized compounds.
