A purpose of work is development of methodical recommendations and software product of "AUDIOANALIZER" with the purpose of discovery, comparison (with a standard, executed by the device of record) and generalization of coincidence and differences of group and individualizing signs of records of structures of data (coincidences and differences of the names of blocks of structures of data, order of their following, in a file, amounts of internal information in blocks and others like that). Research methods and apparatus - visual, vehicle, programmatic. Theoretical and practical results are creation of software product and methodical going near research of structures of these audiofiles which are the objects of researches of examination of materials and facilities of audio-, videotape recording (records, executed by the digital devices of record with possibility of direct access their storage area). The results of the conducted researches allow to generalize the accumulated experience on research of the audio recordings, executed digital dictaphones which give an user possibility of direct access the their storage area. The novelty of this work consists in new approach to the problem of research of the audio recordings, executed digital dictaphones (with direct access their storage area) on the analysis of structure of its placing in files, for the decision of question of finding out the signs of editing, executed programmatic facilities of editing (by sound editors and other). A sphere (field) of the use is methodical recommendations on research of information, which will be utilized in expert practice on speciality 7.1 "Technical research of materials and facilities of video-, audio recordings", in the specialized establishments of the system of Ministry of justice of Ukraine.
