Research methods and apparatus are an aggregate of research methods of modern theory of cognition, scientific methods which are based on them, and also inherent the study of art and archaeology. Theoretical and practical results are methodical recommendations for experts-art critics and employees of judicial and law-enforcement bodies on questions of setting and conducting of judicial study of art examination in relation to sights of archaeology (burial mounds). Scientific publications are in scientific magazines. Novelty - work is conducted first in the system of judicial expert establishments of Ukraine and executed taking into account experience experts-art critics, for a grant a practical help judicial experts and employees of judicial consequence bodies. Efficiency of introduction is systematization of going near the decision of expert tasks on the study of art.
