The main purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of management processes in organizations, deepening the content of the processes and the development trends and ways to improve them in the organization. The theoretical basis is the scientific work of specialists in the field of resource management organizations, and foreign publications on the subject innovation, as well as works devoted to analysis and risk management, assessment of the financial system and the investigation of processes of socio-economic development of the enterprise. According to the results of this work were studied: 1) the functional elements of the organization's management system and marketing, finance, innovation, pricing policy of the company, PR-communications, 2) expanded and deepened methodological approaches for evaluating the attractiveness of investment projects, the risks in management decisions, and economic effectiveness of strategies to achieve business, 3) suggested that economic-mathematical model of financial processes in the organization, and 4) an analysis of methods of prevention of risks in the organization, and 5) developed a methodology for strategic marketing management in the organization and the formation of PR-strategy management through an integrated approach to information management .
