It is established that the combination of a return osmosis to an electrodeionization provides the maximum effect on removal of organic and mineral impurity. With the help of bichromatemetrical techniques are defined concentration of organic substances in water at various stages of existing water preparation on three power stations. It is established that the technology of water preparation existing at these stations has a limit on decrease of CAO of the water, approximately equal 1,2 … 1,3 mg/dm^3. The device which will allow to define concentration of heterogeneous inclusions in steam is developed, will give the chance to operate the processes influencing deterioration of a material of shovels and condensation unstationarity. Introduction of reconstruction on operating TPS and TEC of Ukraine will allow to considerably lower deterioration of the thermal power equipment.
