The aim of the work given consists in investigation of heat exchange processes in the zones of geological disturbances, formulation of the complex factor of the fire hazard and development of the methods of determination of the endogenous fire hazard of mine seams and panels on this basis taking into account the degree of disturbance of interior structure of coal, disturbance amplitude, zone of influence and other, what allows ascertaining the group of the endogenous fire hazard of the mines, incubation period of the spontaneous ignition of coal and calculating the endogenous fire hazard in the zones of geological disturbances. Methods of investigation: statistical analysis of literary sources on methods of forecast of the endogenous fire hazard of the mine workings in the zones of geological disturbances, theoretical investigations of calculation dependences concerning determination of the fire hazard of the mine workings, mathematical modeling the physical and chemical processes. The results of the investigation are development of the scientifically grounded classification of the endogenous fire hazard of the mine seams in the zones of geological disturbances, calculation of the endogenous fire hazard of a coal accumulation and that one of the incubation period of its spontaneous ignition for the purpose of lowering the endogenous fire hazard of the mine workings. The results of investigations are used during the development of the normative document Standard of organization of the Ukraine (СОУ) “Forecast of the endogenous fire hazard of mining operations in the zones of geological disturbances. Design procedure”.
