The formal control system's model is introduced on the basis of fuzzy confidence factors as a set of situational elements structures, which take into account context, motive and dynamic situation. On this basis the information processing architecture in the form of a multicomponent structure, and the structural classifier model of fuzzy situation descriptions are proposed. Classifier is described as a modified ART network with fuzzy weighted connections. There are descriptions of software organization, and computer simulations results for LEGO-based robot control based on proposed technology.
