The purpose of this work is the development and implementation of modern technologies for obtaining of natural silicon containing nanomaterials for plant protection. The use of nanomaterials will facilitate obtaining of high-quality products and eliminate pollution of soil of agrobiocenosis by toxic compounds. Of particular importance is the research of natural silicon containing nanomaterials with organic and inorganic structures, which will allow not only to understand the atomic and molecular processes in the environment, but also to develop methods to combat environmental pollution. Objects of the research: the processes of formation of mycobiota of phyloplana of leaves, the interactions between micromycetes, the effect of secondary metabolites and natural silicon nanomaterials on phytopathogenic microorganisms, participation of bionanomaterials in the formation of microbocenosis, allelopathic potential and biochemical composition of the rhizosphere soil of plants with various ecomorphotype. The structural scheme of the process line has been developed and the experimental equipment has been constructed for the production of nanomaterials based on natural silicon containing minerals. The fungicidal composition containing nanoparticles of analcime and culture medium of the strain of the fungus Penicillium rubrum was proposed. In the pot and field experiments the prospect of utilization of bionanomaterials to improve the adaptive capacity of plants to stress factors and disease was proved. The economic effect in cultivation of sugar beet in Ukraine, on the area of 220 hectares is 1 million 463 thousand hryvnia, in the Czech Republic on the grapes on the area of 250 hectares - 187 thousand euros.
