It was shown for the first time that E.carotovora virus-similar particles (VLP) are able to pack the discrete fragments of bacterial chromosome of 45Kb size. The multiplicity of endogenous defective prophage in this bacterium was established. It was shown that population of virulent ZF40/24l phage-mutant is heterogeneous; two its components were characterized by different content of virions, capsids and procapsids. The preliminary restriction plasmid map was built as well as area of Tn9 transposon introduction in plasmid DNA was revealed. It is established that investigated phytorhabdoviruses (potato curly dwarf (PCDV), (calamus spot virus (SCV) and buckwheat burn virus (BBV)) had the similar structure with zoorhabdoviruse - vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV).It was shown that in animals with the model Sarcoma 37 tumor process after infection of BBV the recovery of lymphocyte functional activity occurred. The submitted method is perspective for canzer therapy. At all the obtained results testify that rhabdoviruses prolongate the survival of experimental animals with developed Ehrlich carcinoma. The investigation of influence of Cidofovir, Ribomodil and Ganciclovir on the level of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein showed that Ganciclovir reduces this level and stimulates the apoptosis development. Boundery parameters of nonrandom similarity of short nucleotide sires which are chosen for determination of virus affinity were selected: the minimal length of common sites is 40 nucleotides and minimal coincidence is 60%. The nucleotide sequences of primers for accumulation of Streptomyces coecicolor A3(2) chromosome fragment with gene of type III polyketidesynthase were selected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. Investigation of metabilites synthesized by Streptomyces globisporus 1912 transformants showed presence of new substances which weren't produced by recipient. The systematic position of lactobacilli, enterococcus and bifidobacteria isolated from different ecological niches was determined. Identification of lactobacilli, enterococcus and bifidobacterium was done with different types. It was shown that Bacillus sp. 27, B.circulans 693 and Y.lipolytica 2061 are perspective producers of proteolytic ensymes which demonstrated the highest activity level to a number of globular and fibrillar proteins. Enzymatic preparations with different activities were obtained: three with fibrinolytic activity, one with hemoglobinolytic activity and one with gelatinolytic activity. Presence of melanin pigments in Aspergillus versicolor was shown for the first time. Differences in melanin pigments synthesis in strains with radio-adaptive properties which were caused by preliminary action in the exclusion zone, were established. 70 strains of halophilic Alteromonas-like bacteria isolated from water and shell-fishes of Black Sea and of Pseudomonas genera isolated from Ukrainian and Antarctic soils were studied. Superficial and deep ecotopes of Alteromonas macleodii strains isolated from different depths and regions of World Ocean were investigated. It was established that these ecotopes different by cell sizes, be character of produced polysacchrides, by attention to different temperatures and to heavy metal ions, by fatty acids content, and by genetic heterogeneity. New species Alteromonas tavrii was described with typical strain of UKM B-11103. It was established that all investigated representatives of Mollicutes and of phylogenetically related to them Bacillus genera possess the ability to egest the proteolytic enzymes of wide spectrum of action into environment. The scheme of isolation and purification of extracellular DNase of Mycoplasma representatives was proposed and the level of accumulation of this enzyme was evaluated quantitatively. It was established that phytopathogenic Mycoplasma strains occupy an intermediate position between saprophytic and pathogenic for people and animals microorganisms. In high effective microsymbiont activity of GS increased significantly under the influence of specific for soybean-rhizobial symbiosis flavonoid genistein and this activity was higher more than in two times in comparison with ineffective strain. Corrosion-dangerous group which includes bacteria of different physiological groups was isolated. The new data about taxonomic position of its separate representatives were obtained. It was established that wheat seeds contains in the most cases inner bacterial microflora the most part of wich were bacteria of Bacillus genera. The mutant Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 str+ streptomycin-resistant strain was obtained. B. subtilis B-7023 introduced in agroecosystem with purpose of investigation of their interaction with components of plant root zone. The biotechnology of microbial purification of household organic wastes based on controlled microbial metabolism was developed. The possibility of fast and effective destruction of biopolymers of natural origin by microorganisms safe for the environment was demonstrated. The modular plant and fermenter modification wich differ by mass transfer principle were developed. The conditions of effective destruction of organic wastes were optimized as well as control technological parameters of purification process were determined Product Description popup.authors Іутинська Г.О.
