As a result of implementation of work are place and progress of biliary pathology among pathology of organs of digestion in the countries of the world and in Ukraine. The features of medical description of patients are set. The features of their distributing are selected depending on a and others gastroenterology pathology. Estimation of quality of medicare at biliary diseases in Ukraine at a clinical supervision on volume of implementation of national standard, on questioning of doctors and patients. Some medical errors which are assumed at the conduct of the indicated category of patients are certain. The automated system of estimation of quality of medicare is created in the section of diagnostics of chronic cholecystits. An arsenal is studied possibilities of hospitals for conducting of high-quality diagnostics of biliary diseases. The lacks of normative base of gastroenterology service are set. The estimation of possibilities of application in Ukraine of modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of biliary pathology is conducted by comparison to world by standards. The opened questions for organizations of medicare are certain. Algorithms ambulatory-policlinic providing of the indicated category of patients on the basis of evidential medicine are grounded and developed.
